Alpha Beautillion
The BTL Alpha Beautillion is a 14-year tradition honoring outstanding young men with a black tie rites of passage celebration and thousands in scholarships.
Alpha academy
Alpha Academy is BTL's mentorship program for young men in 5th through 12th grade, built on seven principles: Leadership, Brotherhood, Knowledge, Financial Stewardship, Service, Technology, and Career Exploration.
march of dimes
Since 1980, Project Alpha has partnered with the March of Dimes to educate young men on teen pregnancy prevention. BTL carries this mission forward in Fort Worth through local workshops and community partnerships focused on maternal and infant health.
